Jaffari Hajj Assistance is dedicated group of volunteers from the United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada who help Shia Hujjaj complete their Hajj rituals. Collectively, we have 30 years of experience and our volunteers have been to Hajj many times.

Before the COVID pandemic, Jaffari Hajj Assistance would organize Hajj groups from different parts of the world. With the new Nusuk system, Hujjaj from the UK, US and Canada have to officially register on the Nusuk platform, have their documents verified and eventually purchase a Hajj package on the Nusuk platform.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has authorized some companies to offer Hajj packages to Hujjaj through the Nusuk system. For 2025, Jaffari Hajj Assistance has partnered with a travel company named “Al Bait Guests” and we encourage interested Hujjaj to select a package with them. Our volunteers will help you complete Hajj according to the Shia madhab / fiqh.

If you are able to purchase a package on the Nusuk platform, you will receive your Hajj visa inshallah. Your payment for the Hajj trip will also be made through the Nusuk system.

Accordingly, our volunteers are not responsible for or assume any liability in connection with not able to purchase a Hajj package, getting a Hajj visa, flight purchase, cancellations or delays, accommodation or food issues during the Hajj trip.
